Some people choose to watch the videos and follow the process personally while watching...

Others will watch all of them first and then go back through the videos and follow the process that second time...

Most people watch all the videos and then use the pdf to go through the process personally...

You can choose whatever works best for you, the only right way is to make sure you get it do it :)
