Woo hoo!! We love that you are SHOWING UP FOR YOUR DREAM and going through the modules. If you are not getting access to the modules because you are logged out and cannot log in, please check the Login Ticket as that is a different challenge.
If you are not getting access to the next modules (but are logged in) please follow the following steps:
1. Check your timeline. Our system gives you access to each next module automatically every 7 days. For example, when you first get started, you access Module 1 immediately, then 7 days later, Module 2 will automatically unlock for you.
If you have finished your current module early, please ensure you have submitted your homework (if there is for that module) and then
2. Request access from the support team by emailing helpdesk@moneymindsetshift.ca.
3. If the team confirms that they have opened up your access to that module OR if you previously had access to that module and your access seems to have disappeared, it could be a cookie or caching issue.
Try clearing your cache. (Here's a link to an article on how to do that from any device or browser)
Then log out and log back in.
Then try to access that module that you could not access before.
3. If that doesn’t show you access to the module, open an "incognito" window on Chrome or guest browser and login there (Chrome - How to use an incognito browser).
Then try to access that module that you could not access before.
4. If you still can’t login, pls email helpdesk@moneymindsetshift.ca and let us know that even though it was opened up for you, you still are not seeing that module and we will troubleshoot it further with you.
